It was just another day for Kendall--or so it seemed.  She had on her black pant suit.  Three button, cinched waist, straight leg with platform heels giving her an additional four inches of height.  Her medium length blonde hair was pulled back in a pony tail.  Black was all wrong for an interview, but Kendall didn’t care--not any more than she cared that she walked against foot traffic down the sidewalk on Second Street.  Well suited individuals parted to allow her to continue unabated down the street. Kendall was hovering somewhere between open rebellion, and simply not paying attention to her surroundings.  She felt an arm brush against her sleeve and she looked in the direction of the touch, her eyes locking with the most amazing blue eyes she had ever seen.

Kendall found herself transported.

...Billy Holiday’s My Man played on her stereo, but this wasn’t her room. This room seem brighter, more vibrant than any bedroom she had ever seen, but she was perfectly comfortable in it. Her blonde hair was curled and shorter, like a movie star of yesterday--a modern Marilyn Monroe or Jean Harlow. Kendall was wearing cream colored silk and lace lingerie, kneeling on a bed of blood red satin sheets. He was there, standing next to the bed, dressed in charcoal pants and a blue button down shirt with a blue striped tie.  She grabbed the tie and pulled him to her, pressing his lips against hers.  Kendall let go of the tie as she used both hands open his shirt, ripping it open so the buttons went popping off the shirt, cascading to the hard wood floor. She greedily sought for a deeper and deeper kiss as she ran her hands over his washboard chest on her way down to unbutton his pants while he worked to free himself from his tie...

...One perfect leg with a red stiletto heel stepped out of the long black limousine, onto the red carpet pulled out just for her.  Kendall’s other leg soon followed.  He was already there to help her out of the car.  He took her hand and they stood as the audience gawked and pointed, nothing could be heard over the flashes all around them as picture after picture was taken to commemorate the moment. She looked absolutely amazing in her sleeveless red dress and ruby cocktail ring.  They walked arm and arm into the assembly of people...

...Kendall walked along the beach, peach bikini and sheer peach sarong wrapped low around her hips, her hand interlaced with his as they watched the sun lazily rise over the water.  The cool, crisp air of morning causing goosebumps to rise on her flesh but as soon as she shivered, his arms were around her to warm her with the heat of his body, his love. She looked up into his eyes through the soft diffused light of morning, his lips lowered to meet hers...

She looked back to where the man was. He was looking at her quizzically, but Kendall didn’t stop.  She continued on in the direction of her interview, a twinkle lit her light blue eyes and a slightly mischievous grin crept into her lips...
